At SIENNA, we want you to love your curation; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy exchange or refund to keep your wardrobe effortlessly chic.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
